Proactive digital campaign

In 2020, everything changed. Sure, there was a pesky pandemic. But we also saw a seismic shift in society and who earns the right to be called a ‘hero’.

It was high time we celebrated our modern heroes. Like the nurses, the childcare workers and the aged care staff who risked their lives on a daily basis, simply to help others.

It didn’t feel right to celebrate these amazing humans on traditional cold, hard cash. So we proposed that we broadcast their story via a more modern and powerful channel – the digital wallet.

It was also designed to help solve ANZ’s business problem – not enough customers were adopting the digital wallet.

My role: Creative Lead & Head of Copy.
