Buying a home is one of life’s biggest milestones (and a hefty financial commitment). But often customers don’t hear a peep from their bank over the lifespan of their loan – unless it’s bad news.

This campaign set out to change that behaviour. Working closely with brokers, bankers, call-centre staff and clients, we co-designed a revolutionary new CX journey for ANZ Homeowners.

My role: Head of Copy.

We welcomed new ANZ Home Loan customers with a personalised post-settlement gift.

ReturnMe keys were sent to both our investor and owner-occupier audience.

Our strategic suite of comms navigated our new customers through the complex process, from approval to settlement.
The result? Lucrative home loan customers stuck with ANZ for longer.
